Do we need to replace our building management system?
No. BEE is a smart software layer on top of your existing BMS. It works with all modern HVAC systems and integrates through secure data connections.
How quickly will we see results?
BEE starts optimising as soon as the integration is live, and keeps improving as it learns how your building behaves. Before go-live we can simulate the expected impact on your historical data.
Will occupants notice any difference?
Only in better indoor air. You define the comfort boundaries (temperature, CO₂, humidity) and BEE keeps every decision within them.
What does BEE cost?
BEE is delivered as a service with no upfront investment. The fee has a small fixed element based on building size and a performance element based on the savings we deliver.
Can our building earn money from the electricity market?
Yes. Controllable loads can take part in the Frequency Containment Reserve (FCR-N) market. You decide how much flexibility to offer and receive compensation for it.
Where is our data stored?
In European cloud data centres. Data never leaves the EU, every transfer is encrypted, and we do not collect personal data.
